WDB has been regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) since 1996 and is therefore bound by strict codes of conduct, offering reassurance of competence, transparency and ethical practice.
In addition, Williamson Dace Brown is regulated by The Property Ombudsman (TPO) to further ensure professional standards, transparency, and consumer protection in the services it provides to landlords and tenants. WDB is registered with the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) for insurance mediation purposes.
